bunch of lies about an alarm not being allowed to ring long enough etc. It must be a central monitoring problem, etc. I was give their monitoring company number, called them and they never received notification of an alarm by the system.
Called back to Comcast , was transferred around and hung up on several times before finally getting someone to help with a test.
