00. I was a loyal Comcast customer for over 20 years. About 8 months ago I switched from ADT to Xfinity home security. We had confusion on if I had a break in then whether or not I would have to fill out a police report, turn it in to them and they would provide a recording of all my cameras for whatever period of time I deemed necessary. The security measures are worthless I’ve spoken to numerous police officers. I was never rude and tried to treat each person respectfully.

The larger screen also makes the system setup process much easier, since you just pair all the components using easy step through menus on the display. Each component has a small button you press to pair it with the system. Once you do, the keypad will walk you through the naming process. You no longer need to consult the user manual for setup instructions. Up to four SimpliCams will work with the system though the company promises support for an unlimited number of cameras in the near future. Setup is easy and consists of entering your wireless network details and scanning a QR code in the app.

wireless burglar alarm system

Up front, the costs were about the same as other companies. Their monthly fees were also close to other services in the area. The app rarely works could be my phone and every update to the app changes the look but never makes it functional. The camera link doesn't work on my phone but my phone is a piece of junk. Only a handful of techs are trained on home security and in a major metropolitan area that is not enough. That's been my problems up to here, maybe that is normal with any company but I hope not.
